A member of the daisy family, this white flowering perennial herb has many important active ingredients including bitters, calcium salts, potassium, flavonoids, isovaleric acid, salicylic acid, and sterols. It can be used in everything from tea to salve. Yarrow might help with tummy troubles, skin conditions &Â It can be used in tinctures, teas, and salves.Â
Suggested Uses: Add to soups, cooking, smoothies, baths, etc. Infuse in water or olive oil. For hot or cold tea, pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 tsp. of herbs. Steep 3-4 min.Â
