Mildly bitter with earthy and slightly astringent qualities. Traditionally referenced in herbal practices. Often included in classic herbal blends.

Ingredients: 2oz/56g Saint John’s Wort Herb. Cut & Sift. (Hypericum perforatum).

Suggested Uses: Add to soups, cooking, smoothies, baths, etc. Infuse in water or olive oil. For hot or cold tea, pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 tsp. of herbs. Steep 3-4 min.  Tinctures, salves, teas and balms.
