Mugwort Herb is bold, bitter, and herbaceous with a strong, earthy aroma. Traditionally referenced in herbal practices and is thought to promote lucid dreams. 

Ingredients: 2 oz. Loose Herbs Organic Mugwort Herb (Artemisia vulgaris). Also known as Common mugwort, sailor's tobacco, and felon herb.

Suggested Uses: Add to soups, cooking, smoothies, baths, etc. Infuse in water or olive oil. For hot or cold tea, pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 tsp. of herbs. Steep 3-4 min. Teas, Tinctures & Infusions
