Suggested Uses
- TEA! Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212? F) over 1 tsp Chamomile flowers. Steep 3-4 minutes.
- Also for use in tinctures, salves and bath products.
Certified USDA Organic, Caffeine free. Precaution: Persons with allergies to other members of the Asteraceae family should exercise caution with chamomile. The infusion should not be used near the eyes.
